Our Preventative Maintenance Plan includes the following:
- 2 Annual Cleanings (1 on Furnace, 1 on Air Conditioner)
- 15% discount on repairs
- No overtime charge or increased after hours charge
- $25 coupon for each continued year of membership (good towards repairs/replacements)
- 10% discount on the purchase of replacement system
- Priority scheduling

- Test unit starting capabilities
- Check thermostat to make sure it's working properly
- Inspect heat exchanger or elements
- Test safety controls
- Inspect evaporator coil and clean as needed
- Measure volts and amp draws
- Clean the condensate drain line
- Inspect return air filters
- Lubricate moving parts
- Check electrical components and tighten if necessary
- Check air flow
- Inspect the compressor and fan
- Lubricate the condenser fan motor
- Check refrigerant levels
- Monitor refrigerant pressures
- Check the cooling temperature and air flow
- Inspect and oil fan motor
- Add refrigerant if required (refrigerant not included)
